Advanced Reports
FluentCRM's Reports dashboard gives you a unified view of your contacts, email performance, and the revenue impact of your marketing — all without leaving WordPress. Reports pull live data from FluentCRM and any connected plugins (WooCommerce, EDD, LearnDash, LifterLMS) so you always see an up-to-date picture.
To access reports, click the Reports dropdown in the top navigation bar of your FluentCRM dashboard.
Available Reports
Contact & Email Reports
These reports are available to all FluentCRM users and cover your core CRM and email activity.
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| CRM Contact Report | Contact database health — status breakdown, geographic distribution, growth over time, and top lists and tags |
| Emails Report | Email marketing performance — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced metrics across all campaigns and automations |
| Abandoned Cart Report | Revenue lost, recovered, and in-progress from your abandoned cart recovery funnels |
E-commerce Reports
These reports appear when the corresponding plugin is installed and synced with FluentCRM.

| EDD Advanced Reports | Digital product sales, customer acquisition, and product performance from Easy Digital Downloads |
LMS Reports
These reports appear when the corresponding LMS plugin is installed and synced with FluentCRM.

NOTE
E-commerce and LMS reports require the respective plugin to be installed, activated, and synced with FluentCRM. If a report tab does not appear in your dashboard, check that the integration is active under FluentCRM → Settings → Integrations.
