LearnDash - Advanced Reports

The LearnDash Reports page helps you see how your online courses are growing. It connects your school's data with FluentCRM so you can track your students and enrollments in one place.

To access these reports, navigate to the Reports dropdown in the top navbar and select LearnDash from the left sidebar.

NOTE

Make sure your LearnDash data is properly synced with FluentCRM. You can read more about the LearnDash integration with FluentCRM.

1. Enrollment Overview

At the top, you will see three main numbers:

• Total Students: The number of unique individuals registered in your LMS.
• Total Course Enrollments: The aggregate number of times students have signed up for your various courses.
• Total Membership Enrollments: Tracks sign-ups for LearnDash-integrated memberships or bundles.

2. Growth Charts

This section uses a graph to show you how your school is doing over time.

• Two Views: You can switch between seeing Enrollments (how many courses were joined) and Students Growth (how many new people joined).
• Compare Dates: You can see your current growth (Blue line) compared to a previous time (Green line).
• Easy Filters: Use the dropdown menus to look at a specific date range or a specific course to see how it is performing.

3. Comparison Table

Below the graph, there is a table that breaks down the data day by day.

• See the Difference: It compares today’s numbers with numbers from a previous date.
• Export Data: If you need to save this information for a spreadsheet, just click the Export CSV button.

4. Top Selling Courses

Identify your most popular educational content at the bottom of the dashboard:

• Course Insights: View which courses are driving the most enrollments (e.g., Content Writing 101).
• Enrollment Volume: See the total number of students who have joined each specific course. This data is invaluable for identifying "anchor" courses that should be featured in your lead-nurturing automation sequences.
